Market-Rate Requirements

1. Must be 62 years of age or older. A married couple or
two unrelated people are eligible if one person is 62 years
or older. Applications for barrier-free units must have
supporting physician documentation detailing how
the prospective resident's mobility impairments require the
special design features of these units.

2. Must complete a personal and financial interview,
a credit check and a background check.

3. Maximum occupancy is four people in a Meer two-bedroom
apartment. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee.

There are no maximum income levels in the market rate
apartments. Please note that market rate rents are subject
to change.
